Our new retirement community, Nonsuch Abbeyfield has now launched and our stunning Show Home and Marketing Suite are on track to open this July.
The building works are progressing very well and we expect to welcome our first residents in the late Autumn. In the mean time our Open Day event will enable you to see our CGIs of this fantastic new development, the availability of apartments and talk through the application process with our friendly team.
Many of our trustees and staff will be on hand to answer questions and there will be a short presentation at 5pm about the charity, our goals and vision for supported independent living.
We caught up with Mary Boorman, a Trustee of Nonsuch Abbeyfield after the event who said:
“We were surprised at how busy we were. Customers came both with and without appointments with Hamptons, our estate agents, and often brought family members. Most were concerned that their own homes were becoming a burden and recognised as they were getting older that no maintenance and care for their health was becoming much more important. A variety of delicious hors d’oeuvres were prepared by TnS who will run the Bradbury Restaurant."
